Bad business! I was lured into using Taxslayer by its "FREE" services, which proved to be untrue at the e-file stage. When I sought tech support, I was given a royal run-around and then ignored. Having given sensitive detailed personal and financial info, I realized I had better bail out. There is no option to delete your account… not even by phone.
